Business Protection Specialist

Our client, an international manufacturing company operating in several countries and actively expanding into new markets, opens a new function and invites cooperation from Specialists in the protection of commercial secrets and assets. 

This is an independent, strategic role that involves building a system from scratch.  

Main tasks:

·        construction and development of a system for protecting commercial information and company assets; 

 ·        detection of vulnerabilities in business processes, team interaction, work with partners and counterparties; 

·        development and implementation of preventive protection mechanisms; 

·        analysis of the risks of information leakage and dishonest behavior; 

 ·        development of regulations, rules and control procedures; 

·        participation in checking candidates, partners and counterparties; 

 ·       conducting internal investigations and analyzing incidents; 

 ·        preparation of analytics and recommendations for the owner of itopmanagement; 

·        adapting approaches to different countries, jurisdictions and markets; 

·        ensuring a balance between security and business efficiency.  

Candidate requirements:

·        experience in the field of corporate security, risk management, compliance, internal audit;

·        experience in internal investigations; 

·        experience in building or developing protection/control systems; 

 ·       work experience in an international environment; 

 ·       English language — from B2 (preferably C1); 

·        system thinking, analytical abilities, autonomy, responsibility, ethics; 

·        experience of working in conditions of uncertainty. The company offers:
