Open vacancy for the head of the logistics department in a company engaged in international freight transportation with its own vehicles. Worked on the market since 1992.
Pre-candidate requirements:
● Higher education preferred.
● Work experience of 5 years or more in international logistics.
● Experience in management positions.
● Experience of working with own fleet of 30-50 cars, team management, fleet loading and profitability of transportation.
● Knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
Main responsibilities:
1. Management of a team of logisticians:
· Organization of work department (5-7 people).
· Distribution of clients and destinations between logisticians.
· Conducting regular meetings and analyzing the results.
2. Organization of international transportation:
· Planning and coordination of international flights.
· Resolving non-standard situations during transportation.
3. Work with customers and partners - negotiations with key customers, support of strategic customers.
4. Control of financial and document flow:
· Control of the quality of the provided service.·
Control of the profitability of flights.·
Analysis of the marginality of destinations.·
Control of receivables.·
Control of the correctness of CMR, TIR, export-import documents, fulfillment of customs and transport requirements. ·
Minimizing the risks of fines. 5. Vehicle fleet management, analytics and reporting: Control of the use of 50+ cars. Control of the timely return of vehicles from flights. Coordination of work with dispatchers and mechanics. Analysis of loading and downtime of the vehicle fleet. logisticians.·
Preparation of reports for management.·
Implementation of new processes and automation. Working conditions:
● Work schedule in the office/ possible hybrid (by agreement): from 09:00 to 18:00, 5-day working week.
● Workplace: Gostomel.
● The agreed rate is from UAH 70,000. + %.
● Fuel compensation can be provided by agreement.
