Our native company, which has been working in the market of wholesale coffee supplies for more than 10 years, one of the leaders in its segment, announces a competition for the vacancy "Manager of customer relations" (B2B).
- Conducting regular meetings with customers (roasters) to identify needs for quality coffee.
- Presentation of proposed solutions for the client.
- Participation in the formation of the seasonal assortment based on market trends, the results of cupping and customer analytics.
- Securing orders and preparing a complete package of documents for shipment to the client.
- Ensuring timely shipments and deliveries in accordance with the approved plan, coordination of operational processes between the client and the logistics department.
- Work experience specifically in coffee is not critical, general experience of 1 year or more in B2B sales is desirable.
- Experience with MS Office, basic knowledge of 1C, Google Docs.
- Personal qualities - successful experience in building effective communication, customer orientation, interest in achieving results.
What we offer:
- Work schedule MON-FRI 9:00-18:00.
- Official employment, full-time employment, vacation, sick leave.
- Salary: rate from UAH 30,000-40,000. + bonus, the salary level is discussed during the interview, the expected total income is UAH 50,000-60,000.
